Parking of the LEED building across from the old one - LEED certified
this green parking is a technique to reduce the stormwater runoff

To create this type of green parking, the soil needs to be thick to store water inside, which helps with maintaining the site.

for the interior work space, the same concept, furniture layout, and selection of materials, were kept to maintain the same spirit of the old building

Another important element of this building is the green roof which was designed to reduce the amount of heat entering the space which will lead to a reduction in electricity use for cooling a huge space.
